Our team of experts will assess our current property options and/or find the perfect home for you, with a strong focus on securing off-market opportunities.
Every property is thoroughly evaluated using our 30-point checklist, ensuring that your future home meets the highest standards—from structural integrity to the quality of the neighborhood and street. If a property doesn't pass our due diligence, it won't receive our recommendation.
Once a property is chosen, your Buyer Agent will conduct a detailed price analysis, cross-referencing suburb data, comparable sales, and property features. The agent will then negotiate on your behalf to ensure you secure the home at or below market value, or at the right price.
Once the property is purchased, the Verve team will handle all post-transactional details to ensure your new home is secured and prepared for you to move in!
